Imagine two thick, cheesy pizzas stacked like burger patties, layered with beef, cheese, bacon, pickles, and burger sauce between them. It’s a pizza, it’s a cheeseburger, it’s a stacked monster of deliciousness.


📝 Ingredients

For the Pizza Dough (makes 2 thick crusts):

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet (2¼ tsp) instant yeast

  • 1½ tsp salt

  • 1½ cups warm water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Cheeseburger Filling:

  • 1½ lbs ground beef

  • 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

  • ½ cup mayo

1. Make the Dough:

2. Cook the Beef:

  • Brown the ground beef with seasonings until fully cooked.

  • Drain fat, set aside.

3. Prepare the Pizza Bases:

  • Roll out each dough portion into a ~10-inch round.

  • Prebake each base at 450°F (230°C) for 7-10 min until lightly golden.

4. Assemble the Stack:

Bottom Layer:
