Posted on April 29, 2025

A Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie is a delicious and vibrant way to enjoy some tropical flavors! Here’s a simple and refreshing recipe that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tropical goodness of mango.

🍹 Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie Recipe

🥭 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or orange juice for a sweeter option)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (optional, for a zesty kick)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruits:
    • If you’re using fresh strawberries, hull them (remove the green stems) and chop into smaller pieces.
    • If using fresh mango, peel and chop it into chunks.
  2. Blend:
    • In a blender, add the strawberries, mango, coconut water (or orange juice), Greek yogurt, and lime juice (if using).
    • If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or agave syrup.
  3. Add Ice (Optional):
    • Add ice if you want a thicker, colder smoothie. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and Adjust:
    • Taste your smoothie and add more sweetener, juice, or lime if needed. If it’s too thick, add more coconut water or juice to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Serve:
    • Pour into a glass and serve immediately! You can garnish with extra fruit, mint, or a slice of lime for a tropical touch.

This Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a refreshing drink on a hot day. You can even add some spinach or protein powder if you want to boost the nutrition.
