Posted on September 19, 2025

Here’s a full breakdown so you can make this meal at home — juicy T-bone steak, buttery jumbo shrimp, a loaded baked potato, and fresh corn on the cob. Let’s go course-by-course:

🥩 T-Bone Steak (Pan-Seared or Grilled)

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 T-bone steaks (1–1.5 inches thick)
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Season generously with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  3. Pan-sear: Heat a heavy skillet over high heat with oil. Sear steak 3–4 mins per side for medium-rare. Add butter, garlic, and herbs in the last minute, basting.
  4. Grill: Preheat grill to high. Grill steak 4–5 mins per side for medium-rare.
  5. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

🍤 Jumbo Shrimp (Garlic Butter or Grilled)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails on)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt, pepper, paprika or Old Bay (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly.
  2. Garlic butter method: Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook 1.5–2 minutes per side until pink. Finish with lemon juice and parsley.
  3. Grill method: Toss shrimp in oil, garlic, and seasoning. Grill over medium heat for ~2 mins per side.

🥔 Loaded Baked Potato

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Russet potatoes
  • Olive oil & coarse salt
  • Toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar, crispy bacon bits, green onions, butter

Instructions:

  1. Scrub potatoes, poke holes with a fork, rub with oil and salt.
  2. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for ~1 hour or until soft inside.
  3. Slice open, fluff the inside with a fork, and load it up with your favorite toppings.

🌽 Fresh Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

  • 2–4 ears fresh corn
  • Butter
  • Salt & pepper (or try chili powder + lime for a twist)

Instructions:

  1. Boil shucked corn in salted water for 5–7 minutes or grill it directly for some char.
  2. Slather with butter and season as you like.

🥂 Serve It All Together:

  • Plate the T-bone with the shrimp on top or on the side
  • Add the loaded baked potato and corn
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, lemon wedges, and maybe a little steak sauce or aioli
