Here’s a simple recipe for Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Honey Garlic Beef that you can easily make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat (or chuck roast, cut into chunks)

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the beef: If you’re using a chuck roast, cut it into bite-sized chunks.

  2. Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

  3. Add to the slow cooker: Place the beef stew meat (or chuck roast chunks) in the slow cooker. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the beef, making sure it’s evenly coated.

  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and cooked through.

  5. Serve: Once done, you can serve the honey garlic beef over rice, noodles, or steamed veggies for a full meal.
