1. Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Cook the Sausage

  • Brown ground sausage or cook links until done.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Chop sausage into bite-size pieces.
  • Toss with 1–2 tbsp maple syrup for that classic sweet-savory blend.

3. Make Pancake Batter

  • In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients together.
