Ingredients:

  • 1 (3–4 lb) pork loin roast

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Season the pork loin all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together:
    • Coca-Cola
    • Ketchup
    • Worcestershire sauce
    • Brown sugar
    • Mustard (if using)
  4. Place pork in a roasting pan or Dutch oven. Pour sauce over the meat.
  5. Cover tightly with foil or a lid.
  6. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, basting once or twice with the sauce.
  7. For a rich glaze, remove cover for the final 20–30 minutes of cooking.
  8. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve with pan sauce spooned over top.
