Here’s a No-Bake Pecan Cream Pie that’s rich, creamy, and absolutely irresistible—with zero oven time required. It’s the perfect dessert for holidays, potlucks, or when you just want an easy, crowd-pleasing treat.

📝 Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed vanilla wafers)
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

For the Cream Filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

For the Pecan Topping:

  • ¾ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Crust:

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Chill in the fridge while you make the filling (at least 30 minutes).

2. Make the Cream Filling:

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
  • Fold in whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
  • Spread over the chilled crust and smooth the top.

3. Make the Pecan Topping:

  • In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt.
  • Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until it starts to simmer (2–3 minutes).
  • Stir in chopped pecans and vanilla, then remove from heat.
  • Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then pour over the cream layer.

4. Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to fully set.

🍽️ Serving Tips

  • Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top for extra indulgence.
