🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Date Energy Bars
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups pitted Medjool dates (about 12-15)

1 cup raw almonds (or any nuts: walnuts, cashews, etc.)

½ cup rolled oats

2–3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the dates

If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain well.

In a food processor, pulse the almonds and oats until coarsely ground.
