Posted on June 1, 2025

Milky Way Caramel Cheesecake Brownies are the ultimate indulgent treat—a rich fusion of fudgy brownie, creamy cheesecake, gooey caramel, and chunks of Milky Way bars. These are a hit for parties, holidays, or whenever you want to fully embrace your sweet tooth!

🍫🥮 Milky Way Caramel Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

For the Brownie Base:
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
For the Cheesecake Layer:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-ins & Topping:
  • 1 cup chopped Milky Way bars (about 3 full-size bars)
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt for topping

🔪 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
  2. Make Brownie Batter:
In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined. Spread ¾ of the batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Add Milky Way Chunks:
Scatter half of the chopped Milky Way bars over the brownie batter layer.
  4. Make Cheesecake Layer:
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy. Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie base.
  5. Add Caramel & Remaining Brownie Batter:
Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer. Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife or toothpick. Sprinkle on the rest of the Milky Way chunks.
  6. Bake:
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean (a little gooey is okay—it’ll firm up as it cools).
  7. Cool & Chill:
Let cool completely, then chill for at least 1 hour before cutting for clean slices.

📝 Tips:

  • Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a salted caramel twist.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days (or freeze for longer).

Would you like a boxed brownie mix version to speed things up? Or maybe a peanut butter twist with Snickers instead?
