🌾 Magic Rice Mask Recipe (Anti-Aging & Skin Rejuvenation)
✨ Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of white or brown rice (organic preferred)

1 tablespoon of milk (can use dairy or plant-based like oat or almond)

1 teaspoon of honey (raw honey is best)
🥣 Instructions:

Cook the Rice:

Boil the rice in water until it becomes soft (do not add salt or oil).

Strain the rice and save the rice water (optional, but rice water is excellent for a toner).

Mash or Blend:

Mash the cooked rice into a smooth paste, or blend it for a smoother texture.

Add Milk and Honey:

Mix in the milk and honey until you get a creamy paste.

Apply to Skin:

Apply the mask to a clean face and neck.

Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.

Rinse off with lukewarm water, then splash with cold water to close the pores.
