Seafood:

  • 2 lobster tails, split in half

Broth:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 2 cups seafood stock or chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional but adds umami)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or ΒΌ lemon, squeezed
  • Corn on the cob pieces (2–4 mini sections)
  • 1 small potato, cubed (optional, for classic boil vibes)

Ramen:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
  • 1 boiled egg (optional, ramen-style)
  • Scallions & parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cajun garlic butter (see below)

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Β½ tsp lemon juice

1. Prep the Seafood:

  • Season lobster tails and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Set aside.

2. Build the Broth:

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Stir in paprika, cayenne, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning.
  • Add stock, soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice, corn, and potatoes.

  • Gently add lobster tails to the broth, flesh side down. Simmer 5–7 minutes until opaque.
  • Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and curled.
  • Remove seafood with tongs and set aside, tented with foil.

4. Boil the Ramen:

  • In the same broth, add ramen noodles. Cook 2–3 minutes until tender.

5. Assemble the Bowl:

  • Divide noodles and broth into bowls.
  • Top with shrimp, lobster, corn, and potatoes.
  • Add soft-boiled egg if desired.
  • Drizzle with Cajun garlic butter and sprinkle with scallions or parsley.
