A Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cup combines fudgy brownie, creamy cheesecake, and a variety of toppings—all in a single-serve cup or muffin liner. Here’s a simple recipe to make 6–8 rich, indulgent cups:


🍫 Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients:

🟤 Brownie Base:
  • 100g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 40g (1/3 cup) plain flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
⚪ Cheesecake Layer:
  • 150g (5 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🍫 Loaded Toppings (optional but recommended):
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Mini marshmallows or fudge bits

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Make brownie batter:
    • Melt butter and chocolate together (microwave or stovetop).
    • Stir in sugar, then egg.
    • Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
    • Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon into the bottom of each cup.
  3. Make cheesecake layer:
    • Beat cream cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Spoon a layer over the brownie batter in each cup.
  4. Top it:
    • Sprinkle your chosen toppings generously.
    • (Optional) Swirl lightly with a skewer for a marbled effect.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
    • Cool completely, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour for best texture.

🍴 Serve:

Serve chilled or at room temp. Ideal for parties, date nights, or anytime you need an indulgent treat.
