- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
👩🍳 Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage slices and cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. - Cook the Broccoli:
In the same skillet, add another tbsp olive oil.
Toss in broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside. - Cook the Shrimp:
Add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the skillet.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then add to skillet. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside. - Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (~30 seconds).
Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
If you want a thicker sauce, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. - Combine Everything:
Return sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet.
