Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional, for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dip Base:

    • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Stir them together until smooth. This will serve as the creamy, protein-packed base for the dip.
  2. Add the Ranch Seasoning:

    • Add the ranch dressing mix to the yogurt-cottage cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated. If you’re using homemade ranch seasoning, just adjust the amount to taste.
  3. Incorporate the Cheese and Bacon:

    • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon to the mixture. Stir well to combine. The bacon adds a savory, crispy texture, while the cheddar brings richness to the dip.
