Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan is a delicious and easy one-pan meal that combines tender chicken with vibrant vegetables and tropical flavors. Here’s a simple recipe you can try:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Prepare the chicken: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the chicken breasts or thighs with olive oil, then season with the spice mixture.

  3. Arrange the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken on the sheet pan. Surround it with the sliced bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple chunks.

  4. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar (if using). Drizzle the glaze over the chicken and vegetables.

  5. Bake: Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the vegetables are tender.

  6. Garnish: Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

  7. Serve: Serve the Hawaiian Chicken with rice or your favorite side dish.

Enjoy this easy, flavorful meal with a touch of tropical sweetness!
