guanabana guava tomato smoothie

Posted on April 29, 2025

A Guanabana, Guava, and Tomato Smoothie sounds like a refreshing and unique blend of tropical flavors! The creamy texture of guanabana, the sweetness of guava, and the fresh tang of tomato would create a wonderfully balanced smoothie. Hereโ€™s how to make it:

๐Ÿน Guanabana, Guava, and Tomato Smoothie Recipe

๐Ÿฅ‘ Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup guanabana (soursop) pulp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe guava, peeled and chopped (or 1/2 cup guava puree)
  • 1 small ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or any fruit juice of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a colder, thicker smoothie)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (optional, for a zesty kick)

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruits:
    • If using fresh guanabana (soursop), scoop out the pulp and discard the seeds. If using frozen, just thaw it a little.
    • Peel and chop the guava into small pieces, and chop the tomato.
  2. Blend:
    • Add the guanabana pulp, guava, tomato, coconut water (or juice), honey/agave (if using), and lime juice (if using) into a blender.
    • Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency with more liquid (water, coconut water, or juice) if needed.
  3. Add Ice (optional):
    • If you like a thicker, colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  4. Taste & Adjust:
    • Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired (you can add more honey or a little more lime juice if needed).
  5. Serve:
    • Pour into glasses, garnish with a slice of guava or a small sprig of mint, and enjoy!

This smoothie combines sweet, tangy, and creamy elements with a tropical flair. It’s a perfect refreshing drink, especially in warm weather!

Would you like suggestions on how to make it more filling or a variation using other fruits?
