¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: 1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze or lemon juice for finishing
🔪 Instructions:
-
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. -
Prep Brussels Sprouts:
Trim the ends and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut larger sprouts in half for even cooking. -

In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder. -
Add Parmesan:
Add half the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat. -
Roast:
Spread sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges. -
Finish:
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over the top during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for a flavor boost.
💡 Tips:
-
Extra crispy? Roast at 425°F, but watch closely to avoid burning.
-
Add crunch: Toss in chopped cooked bacon or toasted almonds just before serving.
-
Make it spicy: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
