Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls

Here’s a super simple and quick recipe for Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls — no yeast, no waiting, just soft, fluffy, cinnamon-swirled goodness using trusty Bisquick baking mix!


🍥 Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls (No Yeast!)

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional for extra sweetness)

For the Filling:

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

For the Glaze (optional but delicious):

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

🌀 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch round or square baking pan.
  2. Make the dough:
    • In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick and milk just until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix — it’s okay if it’s a little sticky.
  3. Roll out the dough:
    • On a floured surface, gently knead the dough 4–5 times.
    • Roll into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick (roughly 8×12 inches).
  4. Add the filling:
    • Brush melted butter over the dough.
    • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered surface.
  5. Roll & slice:
    • Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
    • Slice into 8–10 rolls and place them in the greased pan, cut side up.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until lightly golden on top and cooked through.
  7. Glaze (optional):
    • While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
    • Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls once they’re out of the oven.

✅ Tips:

  • Add chopped nuts or raisins to the filling for extra flavor.
  • Serve warm — these are best fresh out of the oven!
  • You can prep the rolls ahead and bake in the morning for a quick breakfast treat.
