Easy Air Fryer Shrimp (Zero-Point Dinner)

Here’s a super simple Easy Air Fryer Shrimp recipe that’s healthy, flavorful, and Zero Points on many Weight Watchers (WW) plans (like if shrimp is a zero-point food on your plan).


🌿 Easy Air Fryer Shrimp (Zero-Point Dinner)

Cook Time: 8 minutes
Total Time: 13 minutes
Points: 0 (check your WW plan to confirm)


🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on or off)
  • 1 tsp olive oil spray (or skip for 0 points)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika for extra flavor)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Juice of ½ lemon (plus wedges for serving)
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or red pepper flakes

🍤 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Season the shrimp:
    In a bowl, toss the shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Lightly spray with olive oil (optional).
  3. Air fry:
    Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Serve:
    Squeeze with more lemon juice and sprinkle fresh parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

🥗 Serving Ideas:

  • Over a salad (try spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a zero-point dressing)
  • With steamed veggies like broccoli or green beans
  • In lettuce wraps with pico de gallo
  • Over cauliflower rice for a low-carb bowl
