Posted on April 29, 2025

Here’s a rich and indulgent Donuts Kinder Bueno recipe that combines fluffy donuts with the creamy hazelnut-chocolate goodness of Kinder Bueno:

🍩 Donuts Kinder Bueno (Baked or Fried)

Ingredients:

For the Donuts (Baked or Fried):
  • 2 1/4 tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Filling:
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (or hazelnut spread)
  • Optional: crushed Kinder Bueno bars
For Glaze & Topping:
  • 1/2 cup white or milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Crushed Kinder Bueno bars
  • Optional: drizzle of dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Make the Donut Dough:

  • In a bowl, combine yeast and warm milk. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  • Mix in sugar, flour, salt, egg, butter, and vanilla. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 5–7 minutes).
  • Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

2. Shape & Bake/Fry:

  • Roll out dough to about 1/2-inch thick. Cut out donut shapes or rounds for filled donuts.
  • For baked donuts: Place on a lined tray, cover, let rise 30 minutes, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes.
  • For fried donuts: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C), fry 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

3. Fill (if desired):

  • Once cool, use a piping bag to fill the donuts with Nutella or hazelnut cream.

4. Glaze & Decorate:

  • Combine melted chocolate with cream to make a smooth glaze.
  • Dip tops of donuts, sprinkle with crushed Kinder Bueno, and drizzle with extra chocolate.

Tip:

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but they’re best fresh!
