🍌 Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Banana Blondies
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup oat flour (or blend rolled oats into flour)

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add peanut butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg. Mix until smooth.

Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, and oat flour. Stir until fully combined.

Fold in dark chocolate chips.

Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the center is set and edges are golden.
