- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for low-carb)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray

- Preheat Oven:
