Here’s a look at a classic “grandma-style” liver cleanse tonic that’s often said to be more powerful than garlic and lemon alone — thanks to a combination of detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant ingredients. 🍵 Grandma’s Liver Cleanse Tonic

“Stronger than garlic and lemon alone”

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 whole lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 1–2 cloves raw garlic
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or cold-pressed flaxseed oil
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • ½ cup fresh parsley or cilantro (optional for extra cleansing)
  • ½ cup water (or more, as needed)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional) if you prefer a juice-like consistency.
  3. Drink first thing in the morning, 2–3 times per week, on an empty stomach.
