OR - 1 ball of fresh pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
For the toppings:
- 1 cup cooked chicken (grilled, roasted, or shredded)
- ½ cup pizza sauce (or BBQ sauce for a BBQ chicken pizza)
- 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- ¼ cup bell peppers or mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano
