Here’s a fun and easy recipe for Cheeseburger Tortilla Roll-Ups — perfect as a party appetizer, lunchbox treat, or quick weeknight dinner. All the classic cheeseburger flavors rolled up in a soft tortilla!


🍔 Cheeseburger Tortilla Roll-Ups

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time (optional): 30 minutes
Servings: Makes about 20–24 bite-sized pieces (4 large roll-ups)


📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Optional: mayo or cream cheese (2–3 tbsp for creamier texture)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

🔸 Step 1: Cook the Beef

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain excess grease and let the meat cool slightly.

🔸 Step 2: Mix the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, chopped pickles, ketchup, mustard, shredded cheese, and optional mayo or cream cheese.
  2. Mix until everything is well coated and evenly distributed.

🔸 Step 3: Assemble Roll-Ups

  1. Lay out tortillas and spread the mixture evenly across each, leaving a ½-inch border.
  2. Roll each tortilla tightly, like a burrito.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes for easier slicing (optional but helpful).

🔸 Step 4: Slice & Serve

  1. Slice each roll into 1-inch rounds using a sharp knife.
  2. Serve cold or at room temperature.

✅ Variations:

  • Add bacon bits or diced tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Use pepper jack for a spicy twist.
  • Want it warm? Bake sliced roll-ups at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until melty.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Not freezer-friendly once assembled, but you can freeze the filling alone.
