π Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Β½ cup chicken broth
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges (optional)

- Cook Pasta:
Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Season Shrimp:
Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated. - Cook Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside. - SautΓ© Veggies:
In the same skillet, add garlic, onion, and bell pepper (if using). Cook until softened, about 3β4 minutes. - Make Sauce:
Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper. - Combine & Serve:
Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
Add cooked pasta and toss again.
