Here’s a classic rich Brownie with Chocolate Sauce recipe—fudgy, gooey brownies topped with a luscious chocolate sauce that’s perfect for drizzling or dipping. 🍫✨

🍫 Fudgy Brownies with Chocolate Sauce

🧁 Ingredients:

For the Brownies:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

For the Chocolate Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 4 oz (115g) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup or honey (optional, for shine)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Brownies:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Brownies should be set around edges but slightly soft in the center.
  7. Cool completely before cutting.

2. Make the Chocolate Sauce:

  1. Heat the cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer (don’t boil).
  2. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate and butter.
  3. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
  4. Stir in corn syrup or honey if using.

3. Serve:

  • Cut brownies into squares.
  • Drizzle generously with warm chocolate sauce.
  • Optionally serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

🍨 Tips:

  • Store brownies in an airtight container at room temp for up to 3 days.
  • Sauce can be reheated gently before serving.
  • For extra texture, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter.
