🍕 Brownie Lover’s Peanut Butter Pizza

🧂 Ingredients:

For the Brownie Base:

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (slightly warmed)
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter chips (optional)
  • ¼ cup mini Reese’s Pieces, M&Ms, or chopped peanut butter cups
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts or pretzels (optional for crunch)
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (for serving, optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Brownie Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter.
  • Stir in sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; stir until smooth.
  • Spread batter evenly into prepared pan (it will be thin like a crust).
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until set and edges are firm.
  • Let cool completely before topping.

2. Add Peanut Butter Layer

  • Warm peanut butter slightly so it spreads easily.
  • Spread a thin, even layer over the cooled brownie base.

3. Drizzle Chocolate & Add Toppings

  • Melt chocolate chips (in microwave or double boiler).
  • Drizzle or spread over peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle with candies, chopped peanut butter cups, chips, and nuts as desired.

4. Set & Slice

  • Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set the layers.
  • Slice into wedges like a pizza and serve!

🍽️ Serving Tips:

  • Serve slightly chilled or at room temp.
  • Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of hot fudge for extra indulgence.
