Here’s a vibrant, nutrient-packed Blueberry Spinach Banana Smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast, a post-workout boost, or a refreshing afternoon snack. It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins.


🫐🥬🍌 Blueberry Spinach Banana Smoothie

✅ Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) (optional for creaminess and protein)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra fiber & omega-3s)
  • Ice cubes (if using all fresh fruit)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired:
    • Add more milk to thin it out.
    • Add more frozen fruit or ice for a thicker texture.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

🔁 Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder
  • A few mint leaves for freshness
  • ¼ avocado for extra creaminess
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract
