🔹 1. Classic Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of toasted sourdough or whole grain bread

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, squeeze of lemon

Instructions:
