ALMOND BANANA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Here’s a simple recipe for an Almond Banana Avocado Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or almond milk if you prefer a lighter option)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

  • A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana, scoop out the avocado, and get your almond butter or almond milk ready.

  2. Blend: In a blender, add the banana, avocado, almond butter (or almond milk), almond milk (or your milk choice), and sweetener if using.

  3. Add ice: If you want a thicker or colder smoothie, add some ice cubes.

  4. Blend it up: Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.

  5. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy!

This smoothie is packed with healthy fats from the avocado, protein from the almond butter, and natural sweetness from the banana. It’s great for breakfast, a snack, or a post-workout treat!
