🔥 Air Fryer Roast Dinner (Serves 2)
🐔 Main: Roast Chicken Thighs or Breasts
- Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs or breasts (skin-on for crispiness)
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary
- Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Rub chicken with olive oil and seasoning.
- Air fry skin-side down for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 10-15 mins until golden and cooked through (internal temp 75°C/165°F).
🥔 Crispy Roast Potatoes
- Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
