Here’s a quick and fluffy Air Fryer Omelette recipe — light, customizable, and perfect for a protein-packed breakfast or brunch with minimal cleanup.


🍳 Air Fryer Omelette

Ingredients (Base):

  • 2–3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or water (optional, for fluffiness)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)

Optional Fillings:

  • 1–2 tbsp chopped bell peppers
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1–2 tbsp cooked ham, bacon, or sausage
  • 1–2 tbsp shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
  • Spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapeños — whatever you like!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer:
    Preheat to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture:
    In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined and frothy.
  3. Add fillings:
    Stir in your favorite omelette add-ins. (Precook meats and sauté dense veggies like onions or mushrooms for best texture.)
  4. Grease your pan:
    Lightly grease a small oven-safe dish, ramekin, or silicone baking mold that fits your air fryer basket. (A 6″ round or mini loaf pan works well.)
  5. Pour & cook:
    Pour the egg mixture into the dish. Place it in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8–12 minutes, depending on thickness and your air fryer model.
  6. Check doneness:
    The omelette should be puffed, golden, and set in the center. If it jiggles or looks undercooked, add 1–2 more minutes.
  7. Serve:
    Slide out gently, garnish with herbs or extra cheese, and enjoy hot!

💡 Tips:

  • For a lighter option, use egg whites or a mix of whole eggs and whites.
  • You can prep multiple omelettes in silicone muffin cups for mini omelette bites.
  • Serve with toast, avocado, or salsa for a full meal.
