Condensed Milk and Powdered Milk Popsicles

Posted on April 1, 2025

Condensed Milk and Powdered Milk Popsicles are creamy, sweet, and incredibly easy to make. These popsicles are perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth and are great for hot summer days. Here’s a simple recipe for making these delicious frozen treats:

Condensed Milk and Powdered Milk Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup powdered milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional, enhances the sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, and water. Stir well until the powdered milk is completely dissolved into the mixture. If you’re using vanilla extract, add it now, along with a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

  2. Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture to see if you’d like it a bit sweeter or creamier. If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, you can add a little more condensed milk.

  3. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top. If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small plastic cups and insert wooden sticks after about an hour of freezing (when the mixture starts to firm up a bit).

  4. Insert Sticks: If you’re using popsicle molds with sticks, insert the sticks into the center of each mold. If you’re using cups, let the mixture freeze for about 1 hour, then insert the sticks.

  5. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or overnight, until the popsicles are completely frozen.

  6. Unmold and Serve: To release the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, or let them sit at room temperature for a minute or two. Then, pull out the popsicles and enjoy!

Optional Variations:

  • Flavors: You can add a bit of fruit puree (like mango, strawberry, or raspberry) to the mixture for a fruity twist.

  • Chocolate Swirl: Stir in some chocolate syrup or melted chocolate to create a marbled effect.

  • Nutty Delight: Add some chopped nuts like pistachios, almonds, or cashews for a crunchy texture.

  • Coconut: Add a tablespoon or two of shredded coconut for a tropical flavor.

These condensed milk and powdered milk popsicles are creamy and rich, with a perfect balance of sweetness. They’re easy to make and sure to be a hit with everyone! Enjoy!
