No-Bake Yogurt & Fig Dessert
Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

6-8 fresh figs (or 1 cup dried figs, soaked in water for about 30 minutes)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as almonds, pistachios, or walnuts) for crunch (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the figs:

If using fresh figs, slice them into quarters. If using dried figs, chop them into small pieces after soaking.

Mix the yogurt:

In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Layer the dessert:

In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
