Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

Here’s a simple recipe for a delicious Pineapple and Banana Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or regular yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk (or any liquid of your choice)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if you want it colder/thicker)

Instructions:

  1. Add ingredients to the blender: Put the banana, pineapple chunks, yogurt (if using), and your liquid into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth: Blend on high until everything is well combined and smooth. If you like it thicker, you can add more fruit or ice.
  3. Taste and adjust: If needed, add honey or sweetener to taste and blend again.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

This smoothie is tropical, refreshing, and packed with vitamins!
