Posted on September 22, 2025

Air-fryer Brussels sprouts are a total game changer—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and super easy to make. Here’s a simple recipe to get you those perfectly roasted sprouts with minimal effort!

🥦 Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

⏱️ Time: 15–20 minutes

🍽️ Serves: 2–4

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or smoked paprika for a kick
  • Optional: balsamic glaze or parmesan cheese for finishing

🔪 Instructions:

1. Prep the Brussels Sprouts

  • Trim the ends and cut sprouts in half lengthwise.

2. Season

  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.

3. Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket or tossing halfway through, until crispy and golden.

4. Serve

  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze or sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve hot!

💡 Tips:

  • For extra crispiness, don’t overcrowd the basket.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice after cooking for freshness.
