- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (21 oz or ~600g) blueberry pie filling (or use homemade if desired)
- 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust (or use crushed biscuits + butter)

- Soften cream cheese
Leave cream cheese at room temperature for 20β30 minutes for easy mixing. - Mix filling
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy (use a hand mixer or whisk). Fold in about ΒΎ of the blueberry pie filling, leaving the rest for topping. - Assemble
