Powerful Herbal Elixir for Protection, Energy, and Inner Cleansing

Here’s a powerful herbal elixir designed to support protection (energetic & immune), increase energy, and aid in inner cleansing (detoxification and emotional release). This blend brings together time-honored herbs used in folk medicine, Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

🧪 Ingredients (Per Cup or 250 ml Water)

  1. Holy Basil (Tulsi) – 1 tsp

    • Adaptogen, stress protector, energy enhancer.

  2. Ginger Root (fresh or dried) – ½ tsp grated or ¼ tsp dried

  3. Turmeric (with pinch of black pepper) – ¼ tsp

  4. Licorice Root – ¼ tsp

    • Soothes mucous membranes, adrenal support, balances other herbs.

  5. Dandelion Root or Leaf – 1 tsp

    • Liver and kidney detoxifier, skin cleanser.

  6. Schisandra Berries (optional) – ½ tsp

    • TCM tonic, supports all 5 organs, enhances energy and focus.

  7. Lemon juice (fresh) – 1 tsp

    • Alkalizing, liver stimulant, digestive support.

  8. Raw honey or maple syrup (optional) – ½ tsp

    • To taste, enhances palatability and adds antioxidant value.


🔥 Preparation Method

  1. Boil 1.5 cups of water.

  2. Add dried herbs (except lemon and honey).

  3. Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes (cover to retain volatile oils).

  4. Strain into a cup.

  5. Add lemon juice and sweetener if desired.

  6. Sip warm and mindfully.


🌞 How to Use

  • Daily Use: 1 cup in the morning or early afternoon.

  • For Deeper Cleanse: 1 cup twice daily for 7–14 days.
