🍋 Whipped Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients (1–2 servings)

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best)

1/2 cup ice

1/2 cup cold water (or milk for extra creaminess)

Optional: Lemon zest, whipped topping, or extra condensed milk drizzle

Whip the Cream Base

In a mixing bowl (or blender), whip the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until soft peaks form. You can do this with a hand mixer, stand mixer, or vigorously by hand.

Add Lemon Juice

Gently fold or blend in the lemon juice. It may thicken slightly or curdle a bit—that’s normal and adds to the texture.

Blend It All

Add the whipped mixture, ice, and cold water (or milk) to a blender.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into a tall glass.
